In 1993, Nedderman’s was founded on a straightforward observation: quality steak was often reserved for formal dining rooms. We saw an opportunity to bring that same caliber of meat—specifically choice to prime sirloin tip—to a drive-thru format that respects your time without compromising the meal.

For over three decades, we have remained a staple in Mishawaka. Our process is intentional. From the sourcing of our steak to the heat of the grill, every step is designed to ensure that when you pull away from our window, you carry a meal that feels both substantial and artisanal.

While our primary home is on Grape Road, our heritage extends to the local fairs and festivals that define our summers. This connection to the community is what drives us.
